-Public Procurement for green transition-Sustainability and climate innovation-Public-private partnerships (and innovation)-Social impact bonds-Innovation skills, methods and practice

As a member of the Danish board of the organization Transparency International my role is to represent and assist Danish actors in fighting issues of corruption at a national and international level as well. Furthermore I hold a key interest in discussing and questioning how we can stabilize a more transparent governance in Denmark and in general a more equal livability across the globe.

As senior program manager I was leading a number of larger european projects amongst others the Social Innovation Community (https://www.siceurope.eu/) H2020 project. I was ensuring sustainability, engagement and the management of 11 cross-sector cross boarder networks. The project aimed to strengthen, connect and grow existing social innovation communities and to conduct learning and experimentation that could feed into a future EU policy and research framework, which responds to societal challenges and support the opportunities for social impact, which exists around the social innovation eco-system. At SIX I was also overseeing projects and programmes focusing on Academic innovation and cross-sector collaborations.

Responsible for the RSR team's three sub-groups: student platforms/student collaborations, environment and social equality.

My role as responsible for the festival's social sustainabilty work is mostly occupied with keeping the overall overview of our activities and partners, which is engaged in events during the festival but also to work more strategically throughout the year with enhancing the work and ambitions for social sustainability actions. Currently embedded in the "Equality" program.

Research assistant with primarily focus on the development and research connected to the ongoing research project CABS (Centre for the Analysis of Bureaucracy and Society). The job is only limited hours and is held next to my main obligation as Project Manager at CBS.

As Project Manager at the CBS Public-Private Platform I am in charge of the core task of managing the platform as an organisational entity in all its dimensions. This includes managing and developing the Platform’s research agenda and the dissemination of that work as well as to develop the Platform’s more strategic agenda. It also entails work on budget, project and team administration.

As Research Officer my primarily focus was to develop the Platform’s research agenda (research development and strategic relations) and the dissemination of that work. The role combined both strategic (policy focused) and more routine administrative tasks. Among my central tasks was supporting and facilitating the developing of strategic research opportunities, including appropriate research funding bids, co-ordinating the organization of research and public engagement events, seminars etc., managing the relations with strategic partners and the advisory board and supporting, developing and monitoring the research activities and impact of the Platform’s thematic clusters.

As Communications Officer my job was centrally focused upon for managing and developing the platform’s communication strategy in all its constituent dimensions, including its quarterly newsletter, social media presence, relations with CBS and external press and media.

As a part of the Executive Team, Julie is partly responsible for the collaboration with partners both in Denmark and in Africa. Furtheremore she is working with strategic planning, fundraising, communication (intern and extern) and the political processes. Momentum is a non-profit organization working with social lending platforms. The aim is to create relations between poor entrepreneurs in development countries and social investers in Denmark.

MindLab is a cross-governmental innovation unit, owned by three ministries and one municipality, which involves citizens and businesses in creating new solutions for society. As an intern at MindLab I assisted the resisting team in their ongoing tasks with helping the group of owners as well as key decision-makers and employees to innovate services and co-create better ideas based on more citizen viewed perspectives. Especially I took part in a research project investigating the strategic potentials of new education reform initiatives. The purpose was to characterize and develop recommendations on how the Ministry of Education should address and ensure potential effects raised with initiatives as the New Nordic School. Furthermore I helped plan and organizing the returning conference How Public Design.

At CFIR ( a non-profit, cross-sector organization with the aim to develop Denmark’s position as a specialized fintech and finance IT cluster through events, projects and partnerships) my role as trainee gave me the opportunity to follow and take part in several dimensions of organization's work. Especially I were engaged with arranging and conducting a 'delegation' tour for Danish business traveling to Luxembourg discussing technological solutions as NemID. I also took on a more research focused task of trying to map the 'education efforts' building bridge between finance and it. Being a small organization with a lot of stakeholders I had contact with a lot of different members within public, private and third sector (start-ups, policymakers, regulators, educators, researchers, talent and companies in financial technology and services in Denmark and abroad.)

Suitable for Business is a non-profit organization providing conferneces and case-competitions aiming at strengten the bridge between academic environments and businesses. By articulating and challenging the basic conceptions of existing business practices, we sincerely believe that we can develop and inspire new ways of doing business.

As a member of the Political Steering Group at Ungdommens Røde Kors, I (together with resisting team members) tried to influence politicians and decisions makers in issues such as children's poverty in Denmark.
