I started out practicing law in family, matrimonial, and domestic violence with low income people. I left law after 6 years to work in business and non-profit and spent 10 years at the National HQ of Girl Scouts as the head of strategy. I started a consulting practice helping professionals who experience high incidents of burnout and secondary trauma rewire their brain for greater resilience. I helped executives to develop skills for better performance, more productive relationships, increased engagement with all stakeholders, and greater well-being through enhanced emotional intelligence. I am now the Executive Director of a nonprofit that provides legal council and representation to victims of domestic violence. As a leader, I bring all that I have learned about nonprofit management, stakeholder engagement, leadership, board relations, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, resilience, and building a healthy work culture to my new focus of attention.
