Complete training for newly licensed LOs looking for specialized training. The LO will learn the entire loan process from taking the application to closing the mortgage loan. They will take actual consultations and price the loan and will need to decipher which loan product is the best for the borrower. They will also learn to speak to borrowers, realtors, insurance agents, and attorneys to develop their book of business. They learn to become the "neighborhood loan officer".
