I have focused my scientific career on the discovery of innovative therapeutic targets that could improve the daily lives of patients. Thanks to 13 years in Neuroscience and 5 years in Extracellular Vesicle fields, I sharpened my critical sense to spot the different technological or logistical locks of a project and learned to synthesize elements of studies and distribute selected information. My scientific curiosity led me to use a wide range of laboratory techniques. I have developed pharmacological and genetic engineering strategies during my PhD and Postdoc. I am currently leading the R&D team of EVerZom. Our main axes of work are: the scaling up and GMP transfer of our EV-production process, improving DSP methods and standardization of EV-characterization.My different works have been presented several times, have resulted in collaborations or patents and have been published in good impact factor scientific journals. I'm used to coordinate and improve projects and protocols, explain scientific works and supervise co-workers. I have got an ENFJ personality. I am energetic and driven, well-organized, creative, didactic, interested in helping others to develop/grow and believe that cooperation is the best way to get things well done.My passions in my personal life are rugby, photography, genealogy, escape games and portrait/architecture drawing.

Head Of R&DEverzom Sep 2019 - PresentParis, Ile-De-France, FrMain achievements: 1) setting-up of a culture room: equipment layout, definition of good laboratory practices and quality controls; 2) optimization and standardization of EVerZom’s method of EV-production in spinner-flasks; 3) scaling-up of EVerZom’s process of EV‑production in connected stirred-tank bioreactors under GMP conditions; 4) improvement of EV‑concentration or isolation and development of an EV-characterization toolbox and 5) Management, formation and growth of the Research and Development team.Main communications: GoEV 2021 (oral), ISEV annual meeting 2022 (oral), 5th congress of FSEV 2022 (poster), ISCT annual meeting 2023 (poster), INSERM Workshop 273 - Advances in therapeutic applications of EVs 2023 (plenary session).EVerZom develops a biomanufacturing platform of extracellular vesicles for applications in regenerative medicine and drug delivery. Extracellular vesicles (exosomes, microvesicles and apoptotic bodies) are the tools used by cells to communicate with each others. They have reparative and regenerative properties and are seen as a safer and less expensive alternative to cell therapies. For more information, please visit our website : https://everzom.com/ -
