Manage a variety of projects throughout the various stages of the project planning process. This includes feasibility studies, design and planning, permitting, and final construction. These projects range from beach nourishments, marsh restoration, shoreline stabilization structures, barrier island restoration, dredging sediment from offshore sources, among others. While working on these projects, coordination with state and federal agencies was required to achieve project performance goals, budgets, and time constraints. Directly managed condominium and home remodel projects through supervision and leadership of in house crews, subcontractors, and vendors. Successfully developed bids, proposals, and costs estimates through detailed review and analysis of inventory, material costs, change orders, critical path recognition, and building codes.

Worked with existing roadway systems conducting traffic analyses for road construction. Supervised a crew and performed concrete tests. Conducted traffic counts and submitted proposal to establish new traffic light system.

Focused on land development as chief AutoCAD technician. Determined water runoff routes using topographic maps and site aerials.

Determined beach erosion levels using survey equipment, including GPS and TPS systems. Involved in Bathometric surveys including seafloor analysis on canals, open water, and channels. First intern to receive bonus in company history.
