Julien Divay Email and Phone Number
I am a palaeontologist with experience in research, education, outreach, fossil excavation, conservation and preparation. I am especially passionate about teaching natural sciences and involving students as well as the general public in palaeobiological research. My thesis and postdoctoral research projects have focused on palaeoichthyology, and especially on the study of microvertebrate material in order to reconstruct ancient faunas, identify periods of turnovers, reduce ghost lineages and provide fossil calibration points for molecular studies, document palaeobiogeographical dispersal events, and time the appearance of certain morphological features within phylogenies.
