I am innovation leader for Decathlon packaging department. I created and now I lead the packaging innovation packaging portfolio for Decathlon (all brands & products). Our 2 main targets are 1. to reduce the environmental impact and 2. improve or create new packaging wow experiences ! I am also project leader of 0SUP project. (more details below)

I am project leader of 0 SUP project for our sale packagings. I share this responsibility with Fleur LIM who is in charge of transportation packaging.0SUP for : zero Single Use Plastic ! The 0SUP project is a decathlon worldwide and global project : for all our products, in all of factories we work with. we will directly remove plastic component (or replace by an alternative solution without plastic) ...... all - that - we - can ! target is very "simple" : 0 SUP in 2026my responsibilities are : . organize and functionally manage the project team of 45 Pack engineers. co write, communicate and manage the roadmap . ensure the global coherence of the project . allow to each team mates to make tests, validate an alternative solution to plastic packaging. share good practicesI also had an operational perimeter as I was packaging engineer for Btwin accessories (Decathlon bicycles brand).

I was project leader of redBbox. redBbox was a SD global decathlon’s packaging project for bicyles : for factories, transportation, storage and how to sell in our stores. My targets were to : 1. Improve happyness and job conditions of workers.2. Reduce environmental impact (something very important for me) : around 2kg of CO2 / bike3. Optimize our global cost : useless gestures and / or packaging components in production, transportation, storage in our warehouses and bicyle assembling in our stores : around 4M€ / year (point 3. was the consequence of points 1. and 2.) I was functionaly leading the team project (~50 peoples).

I was in charge of the packaging team project for our 3 mountain brands : Quechua, Wedze and Simond. There was between 4 and 8 packaging engineers and 1 graphic designer in the team. We were based in the Mont Blanc Valley. My main activity was to cowrite and manage the team project, to follow the budget and workloads of the team. Grow up theirs hard and soft skills and also cobuild theirs careers path with them. so in other words : did my best to make our team a great place to work. I was in charge in the same time of an operational perimeter for hiking furniture and lighting packaging.

I was in charge of Quechua packaging conception (packaging design, packaging artwork and packaging production). For the design I worked the functionality, the shape, the raw material, the packaging supplier and dimensions in order to reduce the cost and the environmental impact. For the artwork I worked with our communication and translation agencies. When packaging was validated, I was in charge to produce and control first packaging. I was in charge of packaging for tents, hiking electronic, equipments and sleeping products.

I was in charge of Geonaute packaging conception (packaging design, packaging artwork and packaging production). The job was exactly the same as Quechua's job. Except for user manual : I was in charge of the user manual dimensions, raw material and artwork.I was packaging engineer for all Oxylane electronics products (watches, heart rate monitors, gps, mp3, batteries, chronometers etc.)

dessins en 3D de la maison (1ere intention), maitre d'oeuvre sur le gros oeuvre, j'ai réalisé tout l'intérieur : isolation, cloisons intérieures, sanitaire, cuisine, carrelage, parquet, peintures et tous les extérieurs. Fin du chantier prévu en Avril 2022

I was packaging engineer during my studies. I was in charge of export boxes studies and optimizations of several ranges of Sparflex products : foils for Champagne and wine, label and muselets. I worked on 3 kind of projects : . mechanization of boxes . design of boxes . optimization of boxes

In "Quality and Continuous Improvement" department team I was in charge to write the welcoming packing processus for new worker on production lines of steel cover cans. This processus should be easy to understand, attractive and very complete to explain all good gestures and good practices to package and control our products. @Myriam Compere was my internship supervisor.
