For me, photography is all about writing powerful stories without any words - it is all about creating Stories of Silence, through photographs that speak for themselves. I spent the winter season in Swedish Lapland and guided Northern Lights Tours as well as snowmobile tours through the Swedish mountains.

As Strategic Sourcing Manager at Scania, I was responsible for- Managing the sourcing process for production equipment for Scania plants globally, with main focus on China- Guiding and educating colleagues in Chinese purchasing organization- Aligning processes between internal customers and the global purchasing organizations

As Commodity Group Manager, I was responsible for the strategic orientation of system purchases in the wood-based, automotive and recycling industry. Euro- Managing supplier relationships continuously and monitoring supplier’s performance in terms of prices, delivery dates and quality

During the practical terms of the cooperative study program, I supported the following departments by executing different projects: Supplier Performance & Development: Supporting quality audits at supplier location as co-auditor; Coordination and maintenance of the internal supplier databaseEstimating & Sourcing: Developping different measures to specify estimation of material costs for potential projectsProject Management: Implementing an Excel-based management cockpit in order to monitor procurement-related project dates

As Industrial Management Assistant in Procurement, I was responsible for the following fields of duties:- Checking purchase requisitions regarding completeness and updates of technical documents (e.g. drawings, parts lists, technical specifications)- Creating requests for quotation in SAP- Negotiating the commercial aspects of incoming quotations with external suppliers (e.g. prices, terms and conditions and date of delivery)- Preparing comparisons of quotations in terms of quantity and quality- Placing purchase orders for material and assembly services in SAP

During practical terms within my vocational training as Industrial Management Assistant, I supported several commerical departments (e.g. Procurement, Project Management, Finance & Controlling) in their daily business.

During my internship with Alstom in Sweden I had the overall responsibility for the following projects:- Collecting and preparing required data for the implementation of an e-Procurement tool for indirect material in an international multisite environment- Optmimizing the telecom infrastructe at ALSTOM Power Sweden AB- Developing cost-efficient solutions for the future Unified Communication- Preparing information about the changing approaches of communicating for the employees- Analyzing the supplier panel and spend cube of the indirect commodity "Transport" in order reduce costs for the Nordic region - Negotiating new requirements and prices with the preferred supplier for transportation services by using the bundling of volumes.
