> Taking part in the reporting, budget process, cost analysis and follow up of the debt cost of hotels of the region. > Involved in the asset management studies and audit missions

Taking part in the financial and accounting analysis to publish the results of the group - Before the consolidation period: updating of financial analysis- During the consolidation period: involvement in elaboration of financial analysis (Profit Before Tax, Working Capital), auditing of balanced sheet and income statement of all the subsidiaries. Standing communication with managers of the countries when necessary.

- Execution of more than a hundred of phone interviews with CEOs of French logistic companies in order to convince them to take part in a professional association.- Involvement in the elaboration of a report for a group of cities in the North of France (building of the final report thanks to phone interviews and data searching and taking part in oral presentations).
