I am the Chief of Staff of Sonder, an active care technology company that provides immediate, 24/7 support from a team of safety, medical, and mental health professionals.Previously, I led international expansion at Go1, the largest curated e-learning library that's delivered by the best learning providers in the most engaging formats to fulfil the needs and skill-gaps of every learner. In a different capacity, I acted as Chief of Staff to the Chief Commercial Officer and spearheaded strategic initiatives.At Antler, I was responsible for the end-to-end design and execution of the start-up generator program - our access to deal flow - and the successful development of founder cohorts based out of Amsterdam. With the rest of the team, my goal was to see founders launch a variety of new innovative tech companies through Antler’s unique approach to talent acquisition and business-building. an early-stage VC and startup generator. I sat on Antler's investment committee and supported the founders with their growth and fundraising strategy. I've also created the pre-seed investment agreements now used by Antler Amsterdam.After starting my career in investment banking in Brussels and New York, I joined Proparco, a development finance institution where I carried out and exited impact investments in Southern Africa. A firm believer of the positive changes that education can foster, I went on to lead the growth of Enko, an innovative education start-up developing a pan-African network of affordable schools.
