Ensuring customer satisfaction, spare parts sales and deliveries, preventive and reactive maintenance interventions and business development thanks to ~100 employees / 15 direct reports. Helping customers to produce with Bobst machines at a high level of performance and availability, proposing tooling, upgrades & retrofit solutions and moving to industry 4.0 (i.e., remote helpline support with augmented reality).

BOBST Paris / BOBST GROUP / Packaging IndustryManage a 45 people team composed of managers, sales managers, field service technicians, back office and technical hotline specialists. In charge of services and IoT contracts, maintenance interventions and spare parts sales to maintain all packaging machines in France, built by Bobst Group, covering all product lines and business applications such as corrugated board, folding carton and flexible materials. Main responsibilities: sales development, finance and reporting, HR and people development, business KPIs implementation and follow-up, process optimization and continuous improvement, customer satisfaction and relationship management.

From the engineering (implementation drawings), through packing and transport of the elements from our facilities to customers’ plants, up to installations supervision, start-up and punch list solving in order to reach customer acceptance. Including also methods and quality process, spare parts urgent shipments and remote technical support to Field Service Technicians for more than 80 installations per year.

SIDEL / TETRA LAVAL GROUP / equipment for packaging liquids, foods, home and personal care products in PET, can & glassProject management through PMP methodology, from sales contract signature up to final acceptance of complete lines, especially in PET bottling industry. In charge of the African market, responsible for the contract execution, customer relationship and cost/margin control. Cross-functional management of multicultural teams based in Europe and Asia in order to launch in production & install equipment according to beverage industry customers’ technical specifications and deliverables, in respect of contractual milestones including commissioning, acceptance test and punch list solving.

HYPROMAT / Brand Elephant Bleu / franchise – car wash centersResearch & development projects in car wash industry, new products deployment within the franchise and own network of the brand Elephant Bleu (B2C and B2B aspects). Cross-functional management of technical and marketing teams, patent filing and partnership with European suppliers, to enlarge the product range and increase the market share. Main accomplishments : an automated gantry car wash based on a hybrid solution with brushes and high pressure nozzles which allow the brand to compete with historical specialists of this technology. A recycling system to limit water consumption and ensure social and environment sustainability. A digital wallet and upgrades on the cash machines to ensure new business opportunities while guaranteeing high level of security and bank current regulations compliance.

DPPM International / Start-up / Industrialization and sales of innovative solutionsIn charge of the “automatic pergola” activity which is a technical solution to allow an adjusted shading of an outdoor terrace or patio. Working on both operations and sales aspects, my missions consist of developing & industrializing the product, production supervision, transport & installation management, and in parallel, leads generation, quotations & contracts, sales & aftersales activities. Several realizations in France, Monaco and in Portugal, from stand-alone module up to 700 m² covered terrace for a famous vacation resort.
