Imagine life as a great big amusement park. Many people are content to ride the same attraction over and over. They circle around on their personal carousel, never truly experiencing anything new. Or, they climb and plummet again and again on a career rollercoaster, wondering why they can’t get ahead. There are some that know the most amazing possibilities exist beyond our current experience — that instead of simply dealing with the life that’s been given us, we can choose any ride we want. These are the people that I choose to collaborate with and support. Over 200 professionals — from Fortune 500 companies like Visa, Google and Apple, to organizations like NASA and Stanford University, to mom and pop shops and solopreneurs — have engaged with me to learn tools and develop skills that help them create their best lives. Thousands of workshop participants and speaking engagement attendees have journeyed with me into the realms of leadership, sales, communication, team transformation and performance, reshaping their personal and professional trajectories. I’ve built and sustained more than a dozen companies, ranging from an autonomous college painting business to a multi-million dollar, international software development firm. I have held positions as CEO, CTO, CFO, CSO, Managing Director, board member and strategic advisor for dozens more, and have been personally responsible for raising and managing millions in revenue. Currently I’m engaged in two entrepreneurial ventures, and actively supporting companies in areas as diverse as angel investments, generative AI, financial management, design firms, franchise management, public relations, thought leadership, waste management, at-home health testing products and real estate, as well as a variety of SaaS ventures. To some, this might seem like a lot to take on, but I am energized by my extraordinary collaborators who are changing the world for the better (or at least changing how we experience it). This is what I live for, and the people I partner with discover that I am fully engaged with my businesses and clients nearly 24/7/365.We only have so much time in this life.
