Since January 2018, Smovengo is the new operator of Vélib', one of the largest bike-sharing service in the world. When the service is fully deployed, 1 400 docking stations will be available for more than 20 000 bikes. During the transition phase (between previous operator JC Decaux & Smovengo) & the relaunch of the service in January 2018, I was in charge of (i) Elaborating Mkg & Communication Plan & Budget (ii) Selecting agencies (PR, Events, Creative) (iii) Designing mobile Apps & Web sites (iv) Migrating existing end-users database (v) Coordinating roadshows & PR events with city officials.
