Dream Unit Fishing is designing, developing and producing fishing lures for its Digital Squad Fishing brand.• Full P&L management: sales +50% year on year.• Manage and coordinate teams in China/France/USA: design, R&D, sourcing, production, quality, marketing and sales.

• Product development process set up and management: 35 products in 3 years.• Develop suppliers, production and quality processes: 26 products launched in 2 years.

• Reporting directly to the MD, leading QHSE, audit (internal and ISO 9001/14001/45001), improvement actions follow up and Bid and Tender process as well as Leads and Projects reviews.• Coordinated our migration to CRM and SAP successfully and with minimum business disruption.• Set up of a Purchasing & Logistics and a Legal Counsel support in my department.• Overseeing local supplier management and audit.

• Managed projects on a wide portfolio: transmission, hybrid, engine, vehicle; large projects in cooperation with our UK offices as well as smaller projects 100% delivered from our China office.• Successfully delivered more than 20 projects (over 130M RMB), with only 2 overspending.

• Reported to the Engineering VP, led the Project Management Team in Ricardo Shanghai office.• Developed the team from 3 to 10 people and improved our delivery and internal processes.• Increased our project leadership by over 50% and reduced overspending projects by 30%.

• Coordinated the adaptation of a micro turbine in a hybrid innovative bus between Levidac partners and Dongfeng Yangtse.• Collected, created and maintained the database of Yangtse existing technologies, Quality system and Chinese standards (definitions, technical solutions, suppliers).• Supported and organized the project development between European partners and Yangtse and the milestone reviews.

Led the vacuum and auxiliary water pumps development for the 1.0L/1.2L 3 cylinders EB0/EB2 engine family:- Defined Technical Specification and reviewed and validated Technical data,- Handled Suppliers, DVP and DFMEA.

• Administered Technical Data configuration and release for Engine department (ERP-PLM) on 4 engine projects.• Created a tool to give a clear overview on the project data release status.• Set up the engines technical data management team (3 persons).

Set up the design check list in a new technical center:- Created, set up and trained the team to use the design checklist tool adapted and updated from the different existing checklists in other sites.- Created and set up a project time-sheet system with an analysis tool for the management.

Optimized the Cost & Cycle Estimate process:- Improved the Cost Estimate quality and response time by creating a database and an analysis tool to compare similar previous estimations (in relation with Engineering, Purchasing and Financial departments).

Set up a maintenance management software:- Optimized the maintenance workflow process by updating all the maintenance procedures and setting up the software to send the request to the qualified technician.- Created tutorials and trained the 2 Maintenance departments on the tool and processes.
