About Julien De Labaca
Julien de Labaca is a specialist in innovative mobility solution with 10 years’ experience. Holding a Master degree in GIS and in Transportation and Mobility Management at the ENPC, he built his experience firstly through the SNCF where he’s been confronted to the customers’ needs as a controller, before joining Keolis group - this time as an operating executive in an interurban network in the North of France. Subsequently, he practiced more than five years in a town planning agency in the south-west of France. This experience allowed him to accompany and advise communities on public transport policies. He joined Aquitaine-Euskadi Euroregion in 2014 to lead the cross-border transport project "Transfermuga". This project received in May 2018 the Grand Prix "LeMonde" -SmartCities. In order to widen his field of experience and nourish his level of knowledge and expertise, he always considered as essential the fact of exercising a parallel activity. As a consequence, he launched his consulting firm "The Mobility Facilitator" in 2009. First blogger, then quickly editor for several specialized media, he gradually had the opportunity to support several projects of innovations in mobility.
