During this experience, I got the opportunity to manage a team of 6 people.My task was to organize and get all the prizes for the winners of the contest, find jurors (local celebrities and photographers) and create/maintain relationship with partners.For this edition , we wanted to make the contest very prestigious, and so the prizes and partners had to be.At first, I trained and explained to the team of 6 people I managed my plan for this edition and how they had to do their… Show more During this experience, I got the opportunity to manage a team of 6 people.My task was to organize and get all the prizes for the winners of the contest, find jurors (local celebrities and photographers) and create/maintain relationship with partners.For this edition , we wanted to make the contest very prestigious, and so the prizes and partners had to be.At first, I trained and explained to the team of 6 people I managed my plan for this edition and how they had to do their researches and communications.I had to develope and test a lot of tools to help , guide and motivate them.I showed myself as totally open, reassuring and helpful to them, but I let them some liberty of action so that they could take initiatives.To keep them motivated and to reach the high weekly objectives of networking and research we had, I have maintained a close relation with them so they could feel invested in the project.2 weeks after the beginning of the project, members of my team already got very well known celebrities as jurors and partners of our contest, and for the rest of the time they reached all their objectives, in advance.Thanks to this experience, I developed my management and organizational skills a lot, I really liked to manage a team and felt so invested in that work that my team also felt like that and thus, the project developed a lot. During my mandate as a treasurer, I was in charge of the treasury and accounting of the association.I had to be rigorous, organized and serious in order to properly record all financial activities of the association.But I also had to be fair and objective in my decisions, because my role also implied thinking about the good financial health of the association through purchasing and investment decisions.I was the one who, when discussing a purchase with the managers, had the… Show more During my mandate as a treasurer, I was in charge of the treasury and accounting of the association.I had to be rigorous, organized and serious in order to properly record all financial activities of the association.But I also had to be fair and objective in my decisions, because my role also implied thinking about the good financial health of the association through purchasing and investment decisions.I was the one who, when discussing a purchase with the managers, had the last word, the one who had to think purely from an economic point of view.during my mandate i had to deal with the uncertainty and the many challenges posed by the covid crisis.It was difficult to plan anything and all our major sources of income simply did not exist anymore because of the restrictions.All of these challenges made it even more important for me to work as a team with the other members of the office and to analyze situations and the viability of investments.
