We are a small, diverse and global team connecting to make our products with sustainability and wellness in mind. Our first project is KIVA Fun For All* - a lifestyle sportswear brand launching in Spring 2022.

Led, created and delivered the global brand marketing strategy, creative and seasonal execution across all programs, marketplace channels and tiers for the Element brand.Drove the conceptualization and implementation of the 18 months go-to-market strategy. Aligned brand vision to 5-year strategy & business plans. Drove desirability, demand creation and elevated brand equity and awareness to position the brand to achieve long term growth and profitability. Drove a robust 50% margin gain over a 8 months turnaround process.

Led, defined and implemented the regional brand Sales & Marketing strategy. Authored and implemented a new GTM & marketplace segmentation strategy to accelerate brand development through new channels and tiers while protecting the brand’s specialty DNA - Skateboarding. Gained market share, strengthened brand equity and drove continuous revenue, profitability, and brand awareness growth across all channels – DTC, Wholesale and Distribution. Defined new processes and tactics to create cultural connections with a diverse group of target consumers. Managed a team of 35 direct and 80 indirect reports across the EMEA region. Additionally, led the European Merchandising & Design function during a 12 months recruitment gap, acquiring a broader management experience across the Design, Product and Sourcing functions.

Led the International Marketing strategies for the brands C1rca Footwear & Apparel in the EMEA market in close collaboration with the global marketing director, the EMEA sales director and the global headquarters in the USA.

Led, defined and implemented the global marketing strategies for the C1RCA Brand. Created and delivered consumer centric and engaging global marketing activations across skateboarding and the urban lifestyle markets leveraging music, art, influencer marketing. Authored and implemented the global brand segmentation strategy.

Managed the international sales & marketing strategies for the brands Forum Snowboards, Jeenyus Snowboards, Special Blend, Foursquare, C1rca and C1 Denim, in the EMEA, AMS and APAC markets in close collaboration with the International Sales Director and the US Marketing Director. Drove double digit revenue and profitability growth year after year.

Developed the international sales strategy with the International Sales Manager for the brands Forum Snowboards, Jeenyus Snowboards, Special Blend, Foursquare, C1rca and C1 Denim in the EMEA, AMS and APAC markets.
