The Marketing Services Group, a shared department utilized by internal groups at The Mark Travel Corporation operated within the ad agency at BVK.• Managed Digital Asset Management site, AssetQuest (AQ). AQ stored 20,000+ digital assets including photos and logos for travel brands, hotels/resorts, theme parks, tour/excursion companies, transportation and other worldwide travel partners. Collaborated with AQ programmer in development and initial migration of digital assets.• Increased functionality of AQ by attaching a schema/metadata structure to each digital asset. This enhancement improved production workflows for print and web production.• Maintained viability of AQ through annual audits and cost analysis of current and competing systems.• Conducted small group and one-on-one training sessions to site users (internal departments and external partners/vendors) to ensure optimal use of AQ. Created tutorials and other training pieces for internal departments new to AQ.• Served as a valuable member of committee to better collect content utilized in print and web production.
