I am President and owner of Oyster Organizational Development. Oyster – a small, woman-owned business – partners with senior leaders to help organizations increase effectiveness, manage change, and grow. We advise executives, create market-based total compensation structures, build culture-centric cultures and employee engagement ecosystems, assess and coach executives and other employees, conduct strategic planning, assess the entire organization or the HR function, and design strategic HR solutions. I am a native of the Greater Washington, DC, area and served on senior leadership teams of public, private, and not-for-profit organizations with both small, large, and international footprints. I’ve managed change in settings where change is tough. I have partnered with C-level leaders to redesign and rethink organizations, created corporate universities, and led major efforts around engagement, culture, change management, and strategic human resources. I’ve managed talent with people scattered around the globe and with them all in one building.
