Some key highlights of my tenure:Hit business growth targets 6 years in a row with an average 20% on-year revenue increase - a growth rate twice as fast as the industry average (which stood at around 11.5%).Brought in Estee Lauder, Nike and VFC (holding company of Lee, Vans and The North Face, among others), one of which became the third highest profit generating client for the Flamingo Group - across 8 offices.Established Flamingo as the most premium agency of its kind in China - the GP% was higher than similar agencies held under WPP and Omnicom.Appointed to the Global Strategic Council in 2016 for the Flamingo Group's Founder and CEO, overseeing the long-term development of the Flamingo business and brand across our 8 offices.Achieved 90%+ retention rate over the nearly 8 years the office has been operational. Not a single staff member has left for a competing agency. This was unheard of in China for a mid-size office with staff between 25-50.
