As a bar attendant, I have been responsible for maintaining high-quality service standards and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is through providing excellent customer service and addressing any customer concerns and requests. It is my responsibility to monitor alcohol consumption and enforce legal service requirements to protect the business, team members, and customers. When supervising and operating the gaming room and Keno, I am entrusted with handling large amounts of cash, ensuring accurate payouts, and maintaining a secure gaming environment.

During my internship at Science for Wildlife, my group members and I focused on formulating a marketing solution using Blue Ocean Strategies. This innovative approach allowed me to develop strategies that would help the organization achieve stable financial funding and increase brand engagement. By exploring untapped market spaces and creating uncontested market opportunities, we aimed to position Science for Wildlife as a unique and compelling brand in the industry.

During my internship, I researched the current opinions and feelings regarding mental health issues and suicide in metropolitan, regional, and rural areas across New South Wales. This involved gathering information about how these topics were perceived and discussed by different age and gender groups. My group members and I created and distributed the survey through social media channels to gather statistical data. After collecting the survey responses, we identified patterns and trends in different communities. Based on this research, we recommended strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement in their suicide prevention program, In Tough Time Text.

At Winc, I played a vital role in various departments to help them achieve their targeted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). My first role involved being an administrator for the Back to School Program, which involved ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the completion and delivery of products. Working in the returns department, I indirectly contributed to customer satisfaction by providing customers with store credits for returned items that were incorrect or damaged. As a voice picker, I have experience in efficiently picking and packing orders.
