My role includes coordinating projects aimed at assessing and reducing the carbon footprint, promoting energy efficiency, and integrating ecological transition into teaching and research, while also focusing on the development of eco-friendly campuses and improving the quality of life across our sites. I collaborate with the entire university community to raise awareness of current and future challenges, engaging both students and staff. My objective is also to establish partnerships within the local Normandy network to strengthen sustainable initiatives and share best practices.> 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿I am a professor at the University of Rouen Normandy and a researcher at the CORIA laboratory, specializing in computational fluid dynamics (CFD). Currently, I am working on projects that focus on the dynamics between waves and coastal, offshore, or aquaculture-dedicated structures. Specifically, my research is centered on liquid impacts and submersion phenomena to develop advanced numerical tools to support adaptation to climate change.> 𝗔𝗿𝘁, 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 I aim to include societal considerations in my research projects whenever possible. I am also convinced that innovation and a profound understanding of contemporary challenges arise from transdisciplinary collaboration across diverse fields of knowledge. I've expressed my commitment to this area through my regular participation in projects that combine art and science. In my 'graphic' conferences, I collaborate live with artists to demystify science visually and engagingly. #CFD #climatechange #sustainability #artscience #societalintegration
