Technical manager with more than 10 years experience at QAPA and Criteo as 1st and 2nd level engineering management.I obtained a PhD in Computer Science in 2006 working in the field of image search engines at Orange Labs, a telco company with more than 100,000 employees. I then integrated Probayes in 2007, a startup from INRIA specialized in data science and acquired by La Poste in 2016, working as a researcher in the field of computer vision and leading several European research projects. Passionate about the Web, I joined Drimki.com, a property marketplace, in 2011 as a data scientist working on real estate estimation models and web crawlers. The startup has been bought by Artemis in 2014.I integrated Tedemis in 2013, an online advertising startup specialized in email retargeting working as a Senior Engineer to design and develop the new email retargeting platform based on stream processing technologies. The company has been acquired by Criteo in 2014 and I became the Dev Lead of the development team in charge of the email retargeting platform. I was then promoted as an Engineering Manager to lead the Criteo R&D Center in Grenoble managing 4 engineering teams between Paris, Grenoble and Bucharest and scaling the Grenoble site to more than 20 persons.I was then appointed in 2017 by Qapa.com, a temporary work startup, to create a R&D center in Grenoble. I have scaled the site to 25 engineers working on digitalizing recruitment processes, developing our mobile applications/websites and automatizing staffing in the temporary work market in France by using machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithms. In less than four years, QAPA delivered hyper growth (time 10) as well as financial break-even in one of the most competitive market. QAPA was part of the French Tech 120 2 years in a row and has been acquired in september 2021 by The Adecco Group, the world's leading workforce solutions company, with more than 30,000 employees.I co-founded Volubile.ai iate 2023. Volubile develops telephony voicebots leveraging on large language models to manage inbound and outbound calls at scale.
