I explain cultural peculiarities based on my own experience living, studying, working, learning the languages, and adapting my lifestyle to the local cultures of five countries.I am known for my TEDx lectures and for my books "The Social Guidebook to Norway", "The Swedes" ,"Cracking the Scandinavian Code".I have lectured for some of the world's most emblematic companies and organisation about "How Culture Shapes Behaviours" and the challenges of a diverse workforce.I founded Mondå Forlag (Mondå Publishing) which publishes books focusing on social interactions between people of different cultures, cultural norms and other aspects of cultures. We maintain popular blogs about the Scandinavian cultures and have 12 titles in sale from 6 authors. I am originally from Montreal, Canada. I speak English, Norwegian, French and Spanish.
