Responsible for all project streams, i.e. vendor selection, legal, technology, knowledge and go-to-market. • Prepared business specifications and target operating model for PRIIPS KIDs. Integration responsibilities in a post-merger project impacting more than 6000 people:• Designed and implemented a new internal control framework compliant with SOX, resulting in an 80% decrease in control efforts.• Organized strategy review and roadmap to create a shared services centre.• Optimized processes and supported SAP implementation, achieving for example a 50% time reduction in financial closure. Carrick James Market Research (CJMR) was a family company which developed a leading position in the youth market research over the last 40 years in the UK and counted customers such as BBC, Orange and Disney. Over 2 summer internships in 2006 & 2007 at CJMR, I:• Proposed, designed and sold new survey about the usage of new technologies among the youth and teenagers.• Organized employee evaluation and conducted it using a 360 degree feedback survey resulting in one depart.• Carried out cost accounting analysis and pricing analysis.
