As a Small Business Administration (SBA) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and 8(a) participant, Crossroads currently has nine prime contracts supporting the United States Air Force (USAF), United States Navy, United States Marine Corps, and United States Department of Agriculture. Crossroads currently has 60 employees in 29 different states and Puerto Rico. We have employees that work remotely and onsite at our client’s site. Marine Security GuardHandpicked from the top 10% of the USMC to provide diplomatic security for three U. S. Missions. Immersed in the local populations in conflicted environment, which gave a great understand of how to better relate to a diverse population, while building diplomatic and personal relationships. Served at three different U. S. Missions: St. Petersburg, Russia (May 1996 – May 1997) Supervised four Marines in a high counterintelligence threat post. Worked with local businesses and Consulate Staff to create the first “Toys for Tots” program for a local Russian orphanage in St. Petersburg, Russia Karachi, Pakistan (May 1997 – May 1998) Served during high levels of violence such as bombings, targeted killings, sectarian strife, kidnappings for ransom, and frequent demonstrations against Americans. Received the distinguished award of Marine Security Guard Detachment of the Year 1997.Cairo, Egypt (May 1998 – November 1998) Served as the squad leader and supervisor for 10 Marines Infantry RiflemanServed two deployments in the Middle East region and off the Coast of Africa.
