About Julien Singh

As the CEO of Crossroads Talent Solutions, I lead a team of 95 professionals who provide a range of services to government and commercial clients across the country and in Puerto Rico. With over nine years of experience in the industry, I have successfully secured and managed nine prime contracts with the United States Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, and Department of Agriculture, as well as other private sector partners.My core competencies include recruiting, training, analytical skills, and program management support. I have a strong background in law enforcement and intelligence, having served as a police officer and a sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
