Having the opportunity to gain a wide variety of HR experiences including employee relations, employee recognition, full-cycle recruitment and terminations as well as using software and MS office skills, thus combining my "soft skills" with superior technical savvy, I'm always increasing and improving my skills. This is demonstrated by completing a post-graduate program to complement my HR background and make myself more competitive in the field as well as to get back to the more "human" side of HR.
