The Peer to Peer Leadership Training Initiative is a form of mentorship program dedicated to developing peer to peer relationships so to strengthen our industry. Led by senior industry leaders, this Initiative will develop new ways to collaborate, educate and connect all levels of the spa, wellness and hospitality industries. Our mentors generally have more than 15 years of experience, with our mentees having less than five years of experience or looking to transition to a new role. A peer leader is an industry leader that has learned from experience and has developed skills to successfully guide others as they navigate their way through their career. As our industry continues to grow at a rapid pace, it is more important than ever that we band together to help each other succeed and propel our industry forward.
