As the Director of Field Technology with Woodbury Financial, I lead a team responsible for providing financial advisors a complete, integrated technology platform to serve as the foundation to run their independent businesses and the training and coaching support to enable them to increase revenue, create efficiencies and enhance their client relationships.As a Product Manager at Ameriprise Financial, I managed key technology solutions financial advisors used to offer financial planning services to their clients. Responsibilities included contract negotiation, driving advisor adoption, defining and implementing enhancements, advisor practice studies, advisor communications, and third-party vendor assessments. As a Consultant for Accenture, I defined and executed against a wide breath of strategies to support financial services firms meet their objectives. Initiatives ranged from developing and deploying a contact management system to 1,000+ employees providing streamlined workflow capabilities and call tracking to support a 10,000+ field force to defining a financial advisor segmentation strategy to enhance the level of service provided to all advisors.
