Managing contracts for three large boroughs in Berkshire, delivering Bikeability training to schools in these boroughs, managing and booking freelance instructors, producing management reporting for schools and clients, delivering ITC's (Instructor Training Courses), negotiating with clients on best deals within the contracts against financial requirements.

After taking a few months out to travel and do some voluntary work and I set up my own business in April = specialising in Management Development, executive coaching, change management, project management, L&D function set up, and L&D re-structures.
