Increased PR hits from 423k 2016 to over 1B in less than 3 years. • Defined a new Amazon strategy in 2017, managed and lead implementation of new strategy in 2018 resulting in 82% YOY growth 2019. Utilized Amazon influencer program to drive additional sales and managed all AMS spends at Amazon tracking ACOS/TACOS on a monthly basis to ensure ad buys are driving meaningful sales. • Work with R&D team on new product development and retail packaging. Utilize consumer habits and practice surveys as well as NPD market trends to guide approach in developing meaningful products and messaging that resonate with consumers. In 2018 helped bring over 12 new products to market, built out and executed launch plans around each product to ensure success. • Represent company at large retailers including Walgreens, Target, Best Buy, Walmart, Apple, Sam’s club and Amazon. Attended and prepared for retail meetings including building sales and marketing presentations. Managed all retail marketing programs, review platforms, and trade-shows for major retail accounts. • Cultivate strategic partnerships including MLB, Project Runway, Six Flags Theme Parks, Fashion Week, Dancing with the Stars, collegiate football sampling.• Managed CES (Consumer Electronics Show) 2014-2020.
