Collaborate with SMEs to produce online courses for adult learners (5 to 6 courses simultaneously). Work in the Learning Management System to create/edit online course modules for adult learners. Managed movement and tracking of more than 100 math assessments from CSA to client. Communicated with independent contractors, internal stakeholders, and clients regarding schedules and quality issues. Managed schedule updates in both client Smartsheet and CSA tracking sheets. Provided feedback to independent contractors on more than 600 assessments and 60 lessons for US History courses for middle school and high school. Reviewed content for accuracy, grammatical errors, and correct language level. Managed movement and tracking of content from independent contractors to production.

Conceptualized and launched Gale Case Studies, the company's first academic classroom product. Wrote several K12 lesson plans based on C3, CCSS, and NGSS standards for the company's In Context for Educators product.
