The Senior Director, Enterprise Research Strategy trained the sales team on the company's research solution, created capabilities presentations and sales scripts. Additionally, this role effectively sold the technology that drove the company’s research solution, met daily quotas of cold calls, weekly quotas of capabilities presentations, strategized and created sales plans to grow client relationships organically and generate new business. Proven track record of selling into business-to-business, technology, financial, retail, and consumer packaged goods companies.

This role was responsible for building the research team and methodology for global video based research. This included creating internal workflow processes and evaluating effective ways to execute global research in an on-line world with the focus of video, the first company in this space. In addition, worked directly with clients to design, implement and present study results. On-line video based qualitative solution focused on: ethnography, exploratory, concept test, ad test, marcomm, IHUT, NPD work.

Created strategic analytical plans, insightful proposals, questionnaires, reports and presented results. Ensured that every step of the research process was carried out in the most efficient manner. Also initiated new business while maintaining current client relationships.

Over all responsibilities included providing the client with customized research to formulate information to help with their brand and company issues. Additionally, managed all market research project aspects for assigned clients, including, but not limited to: creation of project proposals, project development including methodology/design, full project management, including management of outside vendors, internal support departments and team members, project analysis/report writing, and presentation of results to clients.

Both of these roles required overseeing Assistant Project Directors and Interns. Managed and coordinated with research team to design the survey, managed data collection, reviewed data, analyzed and interpreted the results. Additionally, trained new Project Directors and served as an on-going mentor. Member of various tasks forces to standardize procedures.
