BACKSTORY:With over two decades of senior-level leadership experience in the education sector, my journey included the role of an Ofsted Inspector, specialising in the Psychology of Inspection. This focus allowed me to guide staff through the challenging inspection process, helping them manage pressures and expectations.Guided by these insights, a strengths-focused approach, and a belief in invitational language, I created i3 Leadership® to empower leaders to inspire, influence, and positively impact their teams, elders, and communities. PERSONAL CONNECTION:My dedication to this work is deeply personal. When my mother was diagnosed with early-onset dementia, I witnessed the varied quality of her care—from compassionate support to areas needing improvement. This experience ignited my determination to elevate leadership in the care sector so that every individual—colleague or elder—can thrive.I’ve seen the impact of mindful leadership in creating compassionate environments. This drives me to help others navigate leadership challenges meaningfully, contributing to the wellbeing of teams, communities, and those they serve.
