At the Miami Marlins, I managed premium client relationships, including those with suite holders and group leaders. I served as the liaison between all business units including sales, catering, and operations, to ensure game-day suites, meetings and hospitality events ran smoothly and to client specifications. I coordinated game-day meetings, conferences, training seminars, birthdays, and networking events; focusing on maximizing revenues, being efficient and creating lasting memories for the client and their guests. Every year, I oversaw the planning and execution of our premium season ticket holder trip which on average was a group of 45 people. I helped formulate the suite pricing plan for the following season, capitalizing on special events and top-tier games.

At Michigan International Speedway (MIS), I organized the launch of the track's foundation and various community fundraising events which resulted in MIS being named the NASCAR Foundation's Track of the Year within three years of inception. I managed sponsor and donor relationships, financials, record keeping, and the recruitment of volunteers. On NASCAR event weekends, I serviced VIP suites, fulfilling requests of high-profile guests including state and national legislators. I also managed event logistics and planning for special events held at the speedway, such as conferences, seminars, exhibit shows, automotive tests, weddings and banquets.
