As a benefits and HR consultant with over a decade of experience, I have a passion for creating and implementing benefit plans that meet the needs and goals of clients in various industries. I am licensed in health, life and accident insurance in Ohio, and I have a deep understanding and expertise in the Service Contract Act (SCA), which regulates the benefits and wages of federal contractors and subcontractors.My father raised me with the philosophy that everyone should know about three things: insurance, taxes, and how to drive a stick shift. I happen to agree, and employee benefits are what I love to do.
