The Kesher Shalom Projects was initiated by seasoned trauma therapists in response to October 7th and the recent rise in antisemitism. Our initial aim was to equip therapists, clergy, and educational leaders worldwide with the essential tools and expertise necessary to support Jewish clients during times of conflict. Our mission is to empower Jewish communities to heal, thrive, and build resilience through trauma-informed education, support through training, workshops, learning and development consultation, and facilitation of support groups.

As a Learning and Development professional, I authored comprehensive leadership development and onboarding programs that drove success for the organization. My focus was on creating and implementing learning initiatives that were essential for employee development and successful onboarding.One of my key accomplishments was creating and facilitating Skills@Work, a six-month leadership development program that linked leadership skills to daily work. During my time at Novartis, I had the privilege of leading the University of Medical Affairs, an online resource designed to support internal colleagues in building their medical capabilities. In this role, I was responsible for generating new learning content, overseeing site upgrades, and ensuring that the platform was effectively meeting the needs of our global team.Additionally, I oversaw the global onboarding process for both GMA and U.S. new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration into the organization. As a Manager of Learning and Communications, I had the privilege of leading several projects that were integral to the success of the Global Pharma Development Organization. In my role, I created and maintained the Global Medical Services internal website, which included functional communications related to Phase 4 trials and reached 96 countries. One of my proudest achievements was the development of the University of Medical Affairs, an online resource designed to support internal colleagues in building their medical capabilities.Additionally, I managed portal communications for the organization, providing ongoing support for 25 websites and 50 webmasters. I led the strategy, design, and implementation of the Information Architecture for the Global Portal, and produced web articles, videos, and managed communications campaigns.As a Portal Content Expert for Investigator Portals, I presented at investigator meetings and worked directly with trial teams to post content. I also created the Investigator Portal global training program, identifying, vetting, and procuring eLearning vendors to create online training courses and tools.
