RRBrink Locking Systems designs, manufactures, and sells security systems for jails and other institutions which require secure access. I reviewed and updated AutoCad drawings for each of our standard locks and updated the Bill of Materials. I redesigned parts for improved function and ease of manufacture. I detailed our manufacturing drawings for our slider door mechanisms-per job. I compiled the information to ISO Certify our slider door, including creating specific drawings, process sheets and assembly instructions. I created the flat patterns for new bent parts using TRUMPF.
