Project Assistant, Executive Support, Operations Coordinator, Designer/ Artist, Former Hospitality Professional.Currently working in the field of real estate development for affordable and supportive housing with an incredible non-profit organization.While the city was on pause I renovated my home and completed some much needed repairs, completed the NYS real estate salesperson course.Prior to the pandemic I made the jump into the field of construction management for a build/ development corporation. In my time before the citywide shutdown, I seized every opportunity to gain skills in as many aspects of the business as possible: accounting, project closeouts, licensing, contracts, office coordination, executive support, and industry specific software. It is a fast paced demanding role in which I thrive.I have an education in both Fine Art and Interior Design; both of which I practice under the DecayDesign LLC, officially established in 2018, with design projects in both North Carolina and Manhattan. I have been an exhibiting artist with a main focus on painting and printmaking, although I dabble in photography regardless of my skill level.In addition to these practices, I also have fifteen years of experience in the hospitality industry, growing from cocktail waitress to mixologist and general manager. The skills I garnered from this effort alone have taken me through all practices thereon. Being in a client facing sales and management position, multitasking, and essentially single handedly running a lucrative business gave me the confidence and strength to take on any endeavor.I am well versed in many software platforms, social media, client management, and all forms of communication. Computer savvy, diligent, and highly organized; I am not afraid to get my hands dirty, but am also highly polished and poised. Not only am I self-motivated and independent, but I truly enjoy collaborating and brainstorming within a team.
