Responsible for Community outreach to promote sustainable Homeownership. Manage, develop and strengthen relationships with community advocates, nonprofits and professional organization. Train and coach new Sales Home Lending Advisors and branch bankers joining our team. Originate Conventional-Conforming and Jumbo loans from first time home buyers to potential private clients and high net worth.
