Role: Provide National Professional Public Relations, Governmental Affairs, Social Media, Events and Video Production Services. Broward College has been selected by the US Department of Labor to lead a consortium of twelve (12) higher education institutions (9 colleges and 3 universities) in the development and delivery of eight (8) industry recognized certifications. The intent of this program is to assist eligible participants in developing the skills necessary to secure entry and mid-level employment in supply chain management. This program will be referred to as LINCS (Leveraging, Integrating, Networking, and Coordinating Supplies) in Supply Chain Management. Funding for this project is via a Federal grant awarded to the participating institutions. The targeted population for this program is approximately 3,000 TAA eligible workers, Veterans and long-term unemployed.
