The Holocaust Centre of New Zealand inspires and empowers action against antisemitism, discrimination and apathy by remembering, educating and bearing witness to the Holocaust.As a board member I attended meetings and helped with various media-related strategies and tasks.

Responsible for everything to do with the magazine, including creating its vision, hiring staff, managing staff and contributors, writing content, proofreading, organising print and distribution, marketing, managing the budget, and more. My main motivation was to create a publication that benefited students' university experience through fostering a sense.

As sub-editor I was responsible for writing bi-weekly articles (including features) and carrying out other tasks prescribed to me by my editor.

For a summer in between my studies I was a journalist for travel industry publications. Occasionally travelled with industry professionals (primarily travel agents) and wrote stories about the trips.
