After more than 20 years working in HR and OD, mainly within the third sector, I and my co-Director Nicola McGirr started up Transforming HR. We are an HR and OD consultancy, specialising in bespoke responses to a variety of organisational HR and OD challenges. I am also a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
