Senior Enterprise Client Success Manager (Clients: California Utilities)
CurrentCopperleaf helps utilities decide how to spend their money to most effectively meet their risk, reliability, and environmental objectives with an enterprise Asset Investment Planning (AIP) tool. Keynote speaker at WEI’s Customer & Corporate Symposium (Feb 2024) to 250+ energy professionals. Developed and shared a six-step process to standardize utility AIP, balancing priorities like electrification with equity and affordability goals, combining Copperleaf's value-based decision-making approach with City of Seattle's Racial Equity Toolkit. Build relationships with clients to understand what keeps them from being as successful as they want to be in their capital planning process, how they want to mature in AIP, and what pressures they are getting from their regulators (e.g., risk reduction, ESG). Influence strategic and operational AIP roadmaps for clients in collaboration with internal teams and partners. Develop and deliver (or coach delivery of) executive-level proposals and presentations, aligning Copperleaf products with evolving client AIP goals and industry-specific regulatory requirements.
