I was brought in to head up their creative department in Dubai and Kuwait, and started with hiring my own team. While there, I redesigned 4 of their restaurant websites, worked on the design of two new concept F&B brands, re-evaluated their F&B packaging to make it more economical, implemented all 7 restaurants social media accounts (including content and all photography budgets, co-ordination and art direction)At Gastronomica my team of designers, social media coordinator and copywriter were all junior, so a large portion of my time was also spent training them up to not only understand the brands, TOV, photography style etc. but to be able to implement it after my contract was over.Gastronomica is a leading restaurant operator of original, upscale dining concepts with operations in Kuwait, UAE, Oman, KSA and Bahrain.

Working for a range of companies on a freelance basis, designing various projects from start to finish. The majority of my time was spent working for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC). My job role focused on all design for the RBKC, including brochures, corporate documents, banners, posters, prospectuses and corporate ID.
