As a former EVP & CHRO with over twenty years of experience leading the HR function in large, complex organizations, I have gained extensive experience in influencing culture, human performance and organizational development in healthcare and service industries. I thoroughly enjoy seeing people and organizations thrive. Now semi-retired from my corporate responsibilities, I am fortunate to be able to shift my focus to giving back and help to do more good in our world, while also enjoying more time with my family. For now, I will take a bit of a pause from a “well-planned” life with the hope of sharing more of my ideas for giving back in the coming months.
