I am currently working with communities (on a remote basis) to improve their homelessness response systems and programs by employing my social change perspective gained by many years as a community organizer, homelessness provider and federal technical assistance provider. My passion and expertise is in improving practices through training and planning for implementing best practices, developing innovative new programs and practices to respond to this challenging and unprecedented time and taking a deep look into how our work affects communities of color who are so greatly challenged today. At my core, I am a social change worker with a history as an innovative non-profit executive and technical assistance provider with more than twenty-five years of expertise in leading program development, systems change, and organizational capacity building. With exemplary interpersonal and communication skills which allow me to successfully engage diverse stakeholders, we can focus on innovation, performance and impact. I am sought after to help local governments, coalitions and non-profit organizations to provide support and technical assistance. As a consultant to communities and local governments my focus includes: Housing First, Rapid Re-Housing, Case Management strategies, Engagement, Diversion/Problem-Solving, Homelessness Prevention, Coordinated Entry Systems, Dynamic Prioritization, Landlord Relations, and other aspects of homelessness systems and services. There's a lot here and even more we could talk about...please get in touch if you think you would like to discuss a project.
