Gyldendal’s Data Team is responsible for the corporate ERP, DWH, BI, CRM and RPA system portfolio. I prioritize our backlog and manage our stakeholders in the strive to maximize the outcome of the team's effort. Still part of the management team in Finance.

Business development. Process optimisation.• Results: I have been responsible for a wide range of digital communication projects, including strategy, planning, execution and evaluation. Moreover, I have conducted complex events with 1000+ participants for Danish Industry, SAS Institute, a.o.• Learning: The consultant role. • Tasks: Leader communication in a strategic change process.• Results: To support the middle managers' communication with employees I developed 1) a concept for measuring and visualising the managers' communication profiles; 2) communication tools for the managers; 3) the questionnaire for a extensive examination of the internal communications.• Learnings: Knowledge about specific, strategic development activities. Insights into a complex, politically governed organisation.

• Tasks: Quantitative data analysis and reputation reports. I also conducted qualitative interviews with our clients’ core stakeholders and performed scientific research.• Results: I applied media reports to refine my analyses. This innovation became normal practise at the bureau.• Learnings: Reputation measurement. Summarising data. Excel.

• Tasks: PR (journalist contact, media reports, press releases).• Results: I developed and implemented a digital product test system to optimise our PR effort. I took responsibility for training new coordinators.• Learnings: PR in practise. Bureau insights.

• Tasks: Employee satisfaction survey. Culture change process.• Results: I conducted a survey that uncovered an organisational culture characterized by a lack of satisfaction and motivation. I got permission to begin a culture change process. I involved the employees in developing new internal communication channels plus vision, mission and values.• Learnings: Negotiation. Mediation. • Tasks: Contract registration and communication tasks.• Results: I contributed to the implementation of a cross-organisational, digital CM-system. I made content for the project department's intranet.• Learnings: Business know-how. The complexity of an implementation process.
