I am a human rights activist and have been at the helm of both profit and non-profit organizations. I am always involved in activities for human rights policies where I can utilize my rich experiences as well as develop and expand my policy skills so that I can be part of a movement that makes a difference in people’s lives. My life’s work, as the founder of Araks Women’s Association, focuses on rescuing children, advancing women's rights, assisting women to escape domestic violence, assist in efforts to prevent homelessness, advocating against religious discrimination, and promoting freedom of speech. I also defended transgender rights, pushed for healthier and more humane prisons condition, and worked tirelessly to implement a public education campaign on the importance of following public health protocols. As a social media influencer who hosted programs in radio and TV stations in the United States with a case management background, I was acutely familiar with the needs of so many poor and marginalized people. I used my platform as a radio show host to be the voice of the voiceless and bring their needs to the attention of local officials. I amassed thousands of social media followers and encouraged them to advocate for more progressive laws that respect human rights, a milestone in Middle Eastern countries. As a field organizer at a machinery company where I managed almost 50 employees and at an ecotourism research office with approximately 20 people, I managed the investments, budget management, set the contracts, and set the articles of the association for the company. I have dedicated my life to standing up for those who cannot stand up for themselves and I am ready to take my knowledge and skills and apply them on a macro level.
