• Design, promote, and facilitate online 4-week courses for public speaking and effective meeting communication for professionals.• Deliver individualized training remotely for one-on-one lessons with professionals to enhance their supervisory skills, presentation skills, meeting participation, pronunciation, and confidence.

• Work closely with the Director of Graduate Programs for program support and program review.• Serve as the MBA Advisor, which includes extensive contact with prospective students and current students throughout the progression of the program regarding general education advising, policies, procedures, and troubleshooting.• Utilize attention to detail to maintain student, class, and program information in Excel spreadsheets and databases, as well as generate program reports.• Manage the MBA Orientation Canvas pages and facilitate dissemination of program information to students, faculty, staff, and the public.• Represent the program at on-campus and off-campus events.

• Oversee daily operations of the office and delegate tasks to student employees.• Promote services and events by creating digital newsletters, flyers, and posters, as well as via class visits, email campaigns, social media, and campus digital monitors.• Compile data on student participation at events and workshops, feedback from on-campus and off-campus partners, etc. to track and evaluate program effectiveness. • Initiate, develop and maintain strong relationships with students, faculty, and staff for an effective pipeline of communication and collaboration to promote and provide career education services.• Meet one-on-one with students, alumni, and prospective students to identify their needs, connect them to relevant on-campus and off-campus resources, provide in-depth career exploration, teach job search strategies, coordinate informational interviews, job shadowing and internships.• Build partnerships with employers via emails, phone and in-person meetings to connect students to work-based learning opportunities related to the students’ field of study.• Plan, coordinate, and implement a Life Skills and Job Readiness Workshop Series per quarter for students, alumni, employees, and the public. This includes collaborating with industry experts and on-campus facilitators to develop this programming. • Plan, coordinate, and implement campuswide events, such as three SFCC Job Fairs, two Annual Community & Campus Resource Fairs, and monthly SFCC transfer fairs with campus visits from university representatives. • Research, coordinate, and pay vendors and industry experts for department and campuswide events for food, promotional materials, and guest speakers, as well as submit budget information in a timely manner. • Establish volunteer opportunities for students, alumni, staff, and faculty for Bigfoot Service Saturdays by connecting with local community partners and organizing, promoting, and facilitating the events.
